Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once we email you the confirmation. Postal bakes ship every Monday; orders received after Sunday 8pm dispatch the following week.

Subscriptions

Weekly subscriptions run for the number of weeks you select. You can cancel before Sunday 8pm of any week to avoid the next dispatch — email us to do so. We don’t auto-renew without your say-so.

Allergens

All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soya and tree nuts. We can’t guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy please get in touch before ordering.

Delivery & damage

Royal Mail delivers Tuesday or Wednesday. If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll remake or refund.

Refunds

Because our bakes are made fresh to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns once a box has shipped. Quality issues are always put right.

Pricing & VAT

Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices but not for orders already placed.
