TLC Bakes (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data you give us.

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, phone, delivery address, order items.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, message.
• One technical cookie used only to remember if you’ve seen our cookie banner.

How we use it

To bake and ship your order, send an order confirmation, and reply to your enquiries. We never sell your data and we don’t use third-party trackers.

Lawful basis

Performance of contract (orders) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Retention

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email tlcbakes1@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
